We do this by helping our clients to build, scale and embed their data and AI capabilities. You will join the Xebia Data Strategy team, guiding clients through their AI maturity journey.

What You’ll Be Doing as an AI Strategy Consultant

Our team has defined data strategies, uncovered and refined use cases, reorganized and led high-performing data teams, and trained C-level leaders at large corporations. Increasingly, we also ensure that the strategy comes alive — managing multi-stream programs that span data platforms, governance, tool selection, AI pilots, and organizational design.

You will be working on projects of varying length. Some are three weeks, some are one year, most are in between. Every project is different, as is every client. You'll work with the customer in teams mixed by Xebians and the client.

What are we looking for

An AI Strategy Consultant that will:

• Co-create Data & AI strategies with client leadership.

• Secure sponsorship and alignment across business and tech stakeholders.

• Translate strategy into roadmaps and orchestrate execution across multiple teams and vendors.

• Ensure governance, compliance, and long-term sustainability are embedded in delivery.

• Act as the trusted advisor who stays close to outcomes, not just slides.

• Work hand-in-hand with our scientists, engineers, and consultants to ensure delivery is anchored in strategy.

✅ You have a solid understanding of topics such as data architecture, data management, and operating models, and know when to involve specialized experts.

✅ You enjoy storytelling and can translate complex topics into clear and inspiring narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.

✅You like contributing to and shaping the Xebia Data Strategy proposition.

✅ Experience overseeing the delivery or guiding the execution of strategic initiatives is a plus.

✅ You speak Dutch at a professional level.
