What You’ll Be Doing To Make Organizations Data-Driven

You'll join the Delivery practice, working directly with our Head of Delivery and our Delivery Leads. The role splits roughly 50/50 between hands-on delivery support and a research project of your own.

Half your time: supporting the delivery practice. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Delivery Leads to keep our engagements running smoothly. That means:

Every engagement we run has a paper trail behind it — and you'll be the one shaping a lot of it. Kickoff decks that set the tone with a new client, status reports that keep stakeholders honest, closeout materials that capture what we built and what we learned. You'll take rough inputs from a Delivery Lead and turn them into something sharp enough to land in a client's inbox.
Alongside that, you'll handle delivery-side finance tasks: tracking spend against budget, supporting invoicing cycles, and flagging variances early so they can be addressed before they become problems. You don't need to be a finance whiz on day one, but you'll leave knowing how a consultancy actually makes (and loses) money on a project.

You'll also be the connective tissue between sales and our consultants — coordinating when new engagements come in, making sure the handover from sale to delivery happens cleanly, and chasing down the small details that otherwise fall through the cracks.

And finally, you'll be one of the key people keeping Cadence, our in-house delivery intelligence platform, up to date with the latest consultant planning. Cadence is how our Delivery Leads see capacity, project health, and staffing in real time — which means the quality of your work directly shapes the quality of decisions made across the practice.

The other half: your research or assignment. Where your curriculum allows for a research component, you'll have dedicated time to work on it. The interview process is built around this — see below.

The interview process

We keep it simple. Two stages:

1. Cultural fit conversation. A relaxed chat to see if we click.

2. Your research proposal. You'll either propose your own research topic or assignment, or pick one from a list we provide and draft out how you'd approach it. We want to see how you think — not how well you've memorized a textbook.

What are we looking for

You're currently studying at HBO or WO level in a field that prepares you to think clearly and work structurally — we're not picky about which one. What matters far more is that you have a clear interest in IT. That part is non-negotiable. You don't need to write code, but you do need to be genuinely curious about how technology, data, and consultancies fit together — the kind of person who reads about a new platform and actually wants to understand what it does.

On top of that, you bring an interest in at least one of the following: operations, finance, marketing, or project management. These are the muscles you'll be flexing day-to-day, so it helps if you're already drawn to one of them. Beyond the formal stuff, we're looking for someone proactive and organized, who isn't afraid to ask the obvious question when something doesn't add up. In a delivery practice, the people who quietly notice that the numbers don't reconcile are the ones who become indispensable.

Plus, these are a must:

• You're available for an internship as part of your curriculum.

• You're based in the Netherlands and comfortable working in English.

Lastly, we’re looking for someone ready to dive into a full-time internship—and yes, you’ll get a €500 monthly allowance to support you along the way.
